History

The Audi A1 was launched in 2010, primarily targeting young urban buyers. The five-door version, named Sportback, was unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2011. In 2018, Audi introduced the second generation of the A1, exclusively in the Sportback version, discontinuing the three-door model.
