Delete my account
This page explains how to delete your ScanRacer account and associated personal data.
From the mobile app
Open the ScanRacer app, sign in, then go to Profile. In the danger zone, tap Delete my account and confirm the deletion.

From the website
You can start account deletion directly from this page. If you are not signed in yet, a sign-in window will open first.
You must be signed in to the account you want to delete before the final confirmation.
If you can no longer sign in
Send a deletion request to support using the email address used to create your account. We may ask for verification to protect the account from fraudulent requests.
Usually replies within 24 to 48 hours.
Data deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete:
- your user account
- your public profile
- photos and content associated with your account
Some anonymized technical data may be retained for security, compliance, or statistical purposes.
