Kevin and the ScanRacer universe
My name is Kevin, and I am a car enthusiast. Starting from my study project launched in June 2025, I came up with ScanRacer: an experience able to identify a car model from a photo taken on a phone and turn that recognition into a fun discovery tool for enthusiasts.
Who I am
I am the creator of ScanRacer and the founder of kd367.fr. My goal is to build useful, visual, and modern digital experiences around my passion for cars.
I lead the product vision, the site editorial direction, and the technical work related to car identification, page quality, and the publishing experience.
How ScanRacer started
The idea was born during my study project in June 2025. I wanted to offer a simple way to recognize a car from a photo, with no technical knowledge required, directly from a smartphone.
That first idea evolved into something broader: a platform where car recognition becomes the entry point to discovery, sharing, and passion.
The mission of the website and app

ScanRacer relies on artificial intelligence trained on the automotive world to improve the user experience. AI helps recognize models, enrich content, and make discovery faster, simpler, and more engaging.
How we build content
- Institutional pages and guides are written to clearly explain how ScanRacer works, its limits, and its use cases.
- Library pages are enriched with technical data, editorial descriptions, and photos genuinely published by the community.
- Content is reviewed to avoid misleading information, automatic shortcuts, and pages that are too thin.
