History

The EHRA name honours the Ehra-Lessien proving ground, where the RUF CTR Yellowbird reached 339.8 km/h during a 1987 Road & Track test. The EHRA continues that pursuit of speed with a modern in-house platform.

Anecdotes

RUF's variable all-wheel-drive system can be switched off to provide rear-wheel-drive behaviour. It is paired with an unusual seven-speed manual gearbox.

Production

RUF has disclosed neither production volume, pricing nor a detailed delivery schedule on the official EHRA page.

Press reception

RUF claims 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and a 340 km/h top speed. These remain manufacturer figures pending independent measurement.

Evolution

The EHRA joins the generation of RUF cars built on a proprietary carbon monocoque rather than a converted Porsche bodyshell. It combines that architecture with carbon bodywork, pushrod suspension and RUF-developed all-wheel drive.

Variants

This page covers the 2026 RUF EHRA Base. No additional variant or limited series was detailed by the manufacturer at publication time.
